Lime Recruit is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee a 4 red star, 3 rosette property in the Cotswolds. The ideal Restaurant Manager will have rosette, and country house experience with a passion and enthusiasm to make a difference to the customer experience.

 About You

  • Experienced Supervisor or Manager from a high end, ideally rosette background
  • Calm under pressure with a track record of training and developing staff
  • Fun, friendly and hands-on Manager capable of inspiring a team
  • Ability to provide a memorable dining experience to all guests
  • Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
  • Knowledge of running weddings and private dining events

The role

  • Assist the General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant operations
  • Ensure high standards are being maintained
  • Responsibility for stock management and ordering
  • A hands on role overseeing and developing a team
  • Gain feedback to improve all aspects of the customer journey
  • Instil passion about food and beverage into the team that work around you
  • Engaging and building rapport with a variety of guests during their stay
  • Recruit, train and nurture the restaurant team
  • Be a key link between the kitchen and front of house teams
