Lime offices are broken into three subspecialities; our perm team manages the sourcing, vetting and briefing of some of the UK’s best hospitality managers and directors. Our chef team manages a group of highly adaptable relief chefs and place chefs in perm roles at great venues across the country. And our temp team manages hundreds of front of house staff at weddings and events throughout the Midlands and much of the Southwest.
We do not merely forward CVs! As a consultancy we understand our client’s operation, allowing us to thoroughly screen our candidates. We want to discover what drives our candidates, what they do when they’re not at work and the real motivation behind their search for a new role.
